Trust and collaboration
Trust is a leading indicator; collaboration is the lagging one.
Trust between groups determines how much information flows voluntarily. Where trust falls, information becomes transactional and collaboration slows down before anyone reports a conflict.
Between teams, trust is mostly built through reliability: commitments kept, handovers completed, and problems raised early.
