Culture State Free

Run unlimited organization-level assessments. Invite up to 10 people per assessment and get an anonymous culture health report.

Free provides an organization-level overview. Upgrade to Lite or Full for deeper analysis and recommendations.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create your organization

Sign in and set up your organization. Your Free plan is ready immediately.

  2. 2

    Invite up to 10 people

You share anonymous survey links yourself — one shared link when respondents select their own role, or a separate link per group when you set the roles.

  3. 3

    Read your report

Once at least 4 people have answered, your organization-level culture health report is released.

What the Free plan includes

  • · Organization-level culture health score and what it means
  • · Category scores across all eight assessment categories
  • · An executive summary written from your own responses
  • · Methodology and how to read the results

What it does not include

  • · Maximum of 10 invitations per assessment
  • · No culture cohesion or culture profile (Culture State Lite)
  • · No current strengths, development areas or emerging risks analysis (Culture State Full)
  • · No recurring cycles, trends or alerts (coming to Culture State Full)

Anonymity and data protection

Responses are anonymous and are only ever reported as group-level averages. Individual responses are never exposed to organization users or platform administrators through Culture State — they are processed server-side, and reporting is released only after at least 4 responses.

When you want more

You can upgrade the same assessment later. Your existing responses stay in place and the report simply gets deeper.

  • Culture State Lite

Adds culture cohesion, the culture profile (five leadership views built from the eight categories), recurring organizational patterns, how cooperation works across the organization and prioritized recommendations.

  • Culture State Full

Adds differences between leadership, managers and employees, unit comparison, current strengths, development areas and emerging risks, plus supporting observations and consistency analysis.
